In these years, there has been an upward trend of inhabitants from cities buying second homes in rural areas. Although it can involve being farther from opportunities, I believe that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages because these include a peaceful environment and potentially a lower cost of living.
One drawback of buying a second house in the countryside is that there are fewer opportunities to live there. This is because in rural areas every supermarkets, bus stations or other essential services are usually located in one part and these are will be located far away from the house as expected, this leads to spending more time for far distance and also spending money just to reach the market, this includes another issues too. For example, lack of transports people wait a long time a buses and, even catching a taxi is difficult because of few inhabitants. I believe that owners of second houses can just put for rent their house out.
One benefit of having a house in rural area is that the purchase price. This is because the price of houses will be much lower about 20% or even 50% cheaper than cities, by giving house to a rent the owner can make a profit, where money will come every month. For instance, there is more greenery, the pollution is really quiet and peaceful and less traffics this kind of place is obvious for people who like quiet peaceful places to live. Therefore, I believe that buying second house and living there has more advantages for health.
In conclusion, life in rural areas could be difficult because of the limited options. I believe that buying a second house is beneficial for owners of the house.
