In some cities, people prefer to drive cars rather than bicycles. Meanwhile, others are replacing cars with bikes. There are several reasons for these trends: vehicles are faster to drive and safer in any weather condition, and bikes have health benefits and are environmentally friendly. I believe, despite cars being convenient, bicycles are better to ride.
Some people believe that riding in a car is more comfortable and faster. Cars are the best option when you are late for work or need to go somewhere urgently. For example, suppose someone stays up late at night and oversleeps in the morning. In that case, they will go to work or another meaningful place by vehicle rather than bicycle because they will reach their destination faster. Additionally, automobiles are convenient when driving in bad weather, such as when it is raining or snowing.
On the other hand, some people prefer to ride bikes, which is very beneficial for their health. These days, most people are struggling with a sedentary lifestyle, and one of the best ways to help in this situation is by riding a bike to work, school, or the market. For instance, people who do not like to go to gyms or other sports centers can just use bikes to exercise by going places they need. Another reason is that bicycles help reduce carbon emissions and prevent air pollution. When riding a bike, you do not need any fuel. As a result, they do not emit carbon emissions.
I think the latter is the most useful for both humans and our planet. Since all countries agreed to reach net-zero carbon emissions, replacing cars with bicycles is the best option for everyone.
In conclusion, some people prefer cars, while others favor bikes. From my perspective, riding a bicycle is the most advantageous alternative to driving an automobile.
