In some nations, few peoples believe that it is best for country if a small number of individuals earn high salaries. While other say that, salaries should be control by government and provide limit amount of money to people who work. In my opinion, salaries depend on work and progress of people making it an effective approach.

On the one hand, people who earn high salaries which is based on their performance, talent, hardwork , and more. They apply for job which offer high money where they can sort of their dilemmas and responsibilities. For examples, country like The United States, which attract top professionals in technology and finance field due to their extremely high salaries. Thus this also good for country to hike the growth with deserve and productivity professionals.

On the other hand, people who believe salaries should be control by government and be limit amount to earn. In favour of limited amount can lead instability to low-income groups. If a small percentage of people control most natuon wealth, economic growth, may widen and increase opportunities for them. For instances, filthy people who earn a lot for not doing anything snd get pay extra and high money and distribute less and fixed to low class people. To address this govershould impose and introduce the taxation to distribute wealth more fairly to both class whether it is to rural or urban people.

In a nutshell, while income inequality must be addressed , limiting salaries is not the right approach as it would reduce motivation and innovation inside the people. So, government should be focus on fair opportunities rather than capping earrings.
