Band 5+: In some countries, air travel has become a much cheaper form of transport than in the past. Some people say this is a positive development. Others disagree. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

In today’s world, air travel is much more affordable than in the past. Some people believe that it is beneficial, while others and I are opposed to this idea.

Firstly, the reduction in the price of aircraft is good in terms of the time required to travel. In the past, people used to use other forms of transport, such as trains and horses, to reach some place, even if it was in another country. Even today, people use cars, buses, or trains to reach their destination, which can continue for a day or a long time. So that it is more time-consuming for adults and people who have hectic schedules, such as businessmen or international students. A cheaper ticket makes it easier for them to go to business meetings or travel from home to university.

While I think it is not a better type of transportation because the harmful gases that they produce increase the crime rate, While they fly, their fuel converts to carbon in the air and spreads out over the world, which is harmful for people or even increases global warming. A cheaper trip means more people will travel, which is the most convenient time for terrorists. They can fly from one place to another while on this trip, and terrorists may control planes in an illegal way. For example, on September 11, 2001, in New York, the Twin Towels were destroyed by planes. These planes were promoted by terrorists, which is one milestone of crime on planes.

In conclusion, the low price of air travel may be positive, but the crime and air pollution can be a cause for disagreement.
