There is no doubt that the choices of diet has a strong effect on communities well-beings, the question is to what extent is it important for the government to force a higher tax on fast food? in this essay, I am going to discuss the advantages and the disadvantages of this opinion.

In terms of the advantages, requring an extra tax on fast food will positively correlating to the expense of different diseases treatments therefour it will increase the awarness of the citizens regarding health issues. In this case most of the community going to shift to more healthy resources as alternative of the Junk food. The result of this sequence will be the decrease in consumption of supplement of vitamins and minerals.

Regarding the disadvantages, they mainly focused on the fast food business since the increase in the tax will lower the sales. So, this may lead to economical damage due to this shortfall and a great number of the workers will loss thier Jobs then the rate of unemployment will rise. In addition the result of high cost of some products will affect the cost of restaurants supplies and this may negatively influence other foodstuffs which will directly involve other business sectors and the citizens. Furthermore, the touism sector will suffer as well.

In conclusion, although the fast food is consdered as an active business sector. I believe that lowering the consumptions of this kind of foods will have a great effect on the health of our community and environment.
