Band 5+: In some countries, criminal trials are shown on television to the public. Do ADs outweigh DISADs?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In many countries, some criminal trials are broadcasting on the TV and general audience can watch them. In my opinion, it should be work effectively to deter criminal cases, however it has some bad consequences to the young generation.

Firstly, the criminal cases are significantly increasing over the world. For example, according to local news, this year recorded the case of the crime more higher than last year. If criminal trials broadcast on the television, the general public can watch it and take an example. Because all lawbreakers will be punished by the court. Most important that it will be a signal to other violators those who wanted to commit the crime or had a plan. When trials reported through public channel, it can deter the crimes since violators can scare from it. To decrease the number of crimes we must show the offenders who already commit the serious crime such as case of murdering, kidnapping, and sex violations.

On the other hand, there will be shown a lot of detail about the crime, for instant, how offenders planned to escape from police, how they purchased the necessary items, tools. Than our young audience can copy that. Or it can somehow engage them to do the crime. In additionally, young people, especially school children can cruise about the crime if they watched the live report of the court. In fact, two months ago, our 3 local school students rubbered the bank and arrested by the police, after the investigating from the police about the case that school children learned how to crime and how rubber the bank from the broadcasting trials on the

In conclusion, considering increasing the number of crimes, we have to show they mistakes from the television to the general public to give them an example that all lawbreakers will be punished from the government and deter the further cases of the crime. However, while broadcasting the trials, we must hide the criminal details to avoid bad consequences as young people can copy it.
