In this era, there are various diets which some of them are getting more popular than the others, such as vegetarian diets. I believe that people with these diets not only deprived themselves from other food, but also hurt their bodies.
On the one hand, nobody can deny the fact that our body needs vitamins,minerals and other nutrients which help us to be healthy.This means that our body should get these from our food. Individuals with restrictions on their foods,namely diet, prevent the body from getting required nutrition to stay safe. A shining example of this case is that many people in diet when doing heavy tasks simply blackout as their body cannot handle it. As a result, in the long term their chance of getting sick increased due to the awkward situation that they force their bodies.
On the other hand, these people think that with vegetarian diets they are helping nature and stop killing more animals. In fact, it is the opposite. A vegetarian diet consists of using plants as a source of food, workers provide plants such as avocado from other continents which destroy the habitat of that location or even for moving these cargoes to the vegetarians people use airplanes which burn fuels and emit toxic gas. Leads to large pollution and affects the bees population and puts them to the verge of extinction simply because they did not think about this in depth.
In conclusion,many vegetarians are unaware of the situations and mimic the other,simply because when something is common everyone tends to do it,without considering the effect of that task done with their bodies or other species.
