Today, it is popular in a plethora of nations that refusing someone in a job because of its age is forbidden. I completely disagree with this procedure, long as its harmful effects, especially on youngers and elders. One reason why it is massively dangerous to legally permit teenagers working, is abusing them. In addition, the majority of them would not be aware of the labour rights. For instance, in developing countries, it has been recorded a huge number of kids who drop off schools, and pursue working to meet the needs of their families. As a result, children put themselves in danger, when they are exposed to a physical violence and bullying by job owners. Furthermore, a number of young workers could be passed out due to exhaustion, as a result of their engagement in work for excessive hours. Moreover, there are a plethora of professions in which elders are involved although they require highly energetic and physical effort. Thus, when governments give promotion for such condition to happen, this is likely to increase death risks of labour. For example, a recent study has stated that most of labour-death cases have been caused because of hiring aged workers with heart diseases in occupations need physical exertion. In conclusion, l am completely aganist the legislation of laws that permit occupying people without paying attention if their ages fit in the job or not, long as it has serious outcomes on workers. Employers might take advantage of teenagers as they are naïve about labour rights, and also older people could expose their life to hazards.
