It is common in several countries for husbands to look after their children while wives become full-time labor. There are a number of factors determining a new trend in the child-rearing, and I personally assume that this is a positive phenomenon in parenting discourses
Regarding the major reasons, because of the same access and opportunity to education, now a number of women have more capabilities than men at work. This capacity which makes them can gain higher earnings compared to their counterparts and successfully domesticate them. They think that becoming affluent family can affect the development of their descent Secondly, husbands realized the flexibility of roles in legal relationships, which results in taking care their children and permitting wives to commute. In the past, being aware of switching roles between men and women is uncommon phenomenon. This flexibility is seen as a part to create a joyful and ease in parenting progress.
On the flip side, it seems to me that this is a beneficial development given the fact that it can reduce a fatherless tendency. In many cases, children need the role and bound with their fathers although in reality some of them only find the emptiness of wished figure. In the other words, the longer father staying at home and looking after their children, the better their relationship is. Furthermore, it can be a good choice since mothers are able develop their skill and contribute for family’s revenue. It is common in many countries for women after having gotten married, they resign from their jobs and only be focused on domestic affairs. Consequently, as a mother they cannot maximize their opportunity and family’s incomes only come from men working fully.
In conclusion, the causes of women working full-time are their exceptional capabilities and the awareness of their legal partners. Meanwhile, from my stand point, this seems advantageous for children to be closer with their fathers as well as for wives to maintain their skill.
