Band 6+: In some countries, more and more people are becoming interested in finding out about the history of the house or building they live in

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In recent years, residents in several countries have a tendency to investigate the history of their shelters. From my perspective, there are many factors that contribute to the growth of this trend and people can research this in various ways.

Specifically, the phenomenon became popular due to the contribution of two main reasons. First of all, the curiosity of people motivates them to discover the history of their house. In many circumstances, they may find interesting stories about the house, which can show them how people’s life was. For example, researching the history of houses in Pho co Ha Noi is the way to know about the life of Ha Noi citizens a century ago. Secondly, people’s spiritual fear is one of the main reasons that make people find out about the house’s history. Some people who believe in the existence of supernatural species in their house tend to discover how the previous owner lives in the house to avoid triggering these supernatural species, which are considered to be dangerous.

Recently, there are several methods that can help people in researching the house’s history. The easiest way is to ask the previous owner of the house. For some houses that have problems, the previous owner may know how to deal with them, asking these people for the solutions of the problems can help current householders to not get in trouble. Otherwise, searching for information on the internet is an effective way. Some online historical libraries contain a large amount of useful information that can help people to research their house’s history.

In conclusion, historical curiosity and spiritual fear of people contribute to the growth of this phenomenon. Furthermore, people can find out the history of their shelter with the help of the internet or previous owners.
