Nowadays, in some countries, more and more individuals are choosing to live in tiny apartments or houses than living in large house. There are several reasons for this trend, and different effects on people and society.

First of all, many people want to pay lower price for their apartments. It is much more profitable to pay for smaller house than pay a big money for large buildings. Especially, it is related to young people, without partners or kids, and they do not care about this responsibility. They want to save their money for future and invest it in profitable project or their own lifestyle. In some cases, young people, who finished university and got their degree, want to travel around the world and small flat is comfortable to do it. They can rent it anywhere and pay for it really cheap payment. Another reason is that people care about the level of clean in their apartments, if a house really big, it will be harder to clean it in a right way, and people spend more time to wash it than in smaller apartments.

However, people can suffer from this trend. When individuals live in small apartments, they can feel their alone, and also get a depression mode in result. Another problem is that owners of big houses lose their profit more and more, unless anybody rent their houses. This may effect on the economy, and lives of simple people will deteriorate.

In conclusion, people live in small houses to save their money and travel around. But this trend can effort on economy system and people’s feelings.
