Nowadays, a growing number of people of different ages place a premium on over-exercising, and participating in excessive sports is their first priority. Although this trend can bring a number of drawbacks, I am convinced that the benefits are far more than the disadvantages.
To commence with the negatives, involving in numerous sports can enhance the risk of cardiovascular diseases, stemming from conducting vigorous sports without considering sufficient time for rest and recovery. As a result, it puts excessive strain on hurt and leads to cardiac issues. Take an endurance athlete overstraining without devoting enough time to refresh and re-energize themselves as an alleviate example. Their thoughtlessness puts their health in jeopardy and can cause arrhythmia or hurt attack. Neglection of other aspects of life is also another drawbacks of this trend. Furthermore, dedication to sports can instill a sense of discipline and perseverance in to individuals, which can translate to other aspects of their lives, such as education and professional development. Consider my mother as an example; by devoting time for exercising, she has improved her discipline and perseverance, leading her to be an industrious and organized person in her job,
To sum up, while involving in a wide range of sports can have some disadvantages, such as cardiovascular issues and loss of concentration, I believe that this approach brings more advantages, such as mentally fresh and increased social interaction as well as discipline and hardworking.
