Majority of humans nowadays believe that the authorities should encourage and provide more factories and companies from great cities to rural areas. There is already a contentious problem, and in my view, I think that the merits outweigh the drawbacks.
To begin with, there are some potential drawbacks that can come to business and companies. If many companies are located in regional areas, it may be further away from their employees as it will be more difficult to arrive. This leads to many businesses having to face challenges to find labour to work, and it is also due to many companies losing their relationships with customers because the distance is too far, they have to make new relationships with customers in rural areas.
On the other hand, there are considerable benefits to locating in industries and business in the countryside, such as premises in regional areas are cheaper in regional areas, which are always dramatically higher in large cities, so many businesses will have a significant decrease in costs. For people in the countryside, by locating companies in their areas, it leads to the economies improving, also providing more job opportunities. Moreover, this option can solve the issue and bring benefits for many big towns by reducing the traffic jams, crowds and pollution level.
To sum up, locating industries and companies from large towns to rural sites can bring advantages that outweigh disadvantages. Although businesses may face the lack of labour problems and have to find new customers, this option will bring benefits for the businesses themselves such as spaces are cheaper than in cities, and also bring more job opportunities for humans in these places.
