nowadays,people are living longer than ever before due to a good healthcare, nutrition and living standards. while some people believe that ageing people benefits society, other argue that it will cause problem to the government and communities. this essay agree with the statement that there are some advantages, ageing population provide significant problems that outweigh the benefits.
On the one hand, there are significant benefits to having senior citizens in the government and work places where they play a big role in the development of the society, one of the keys, is long experience and knowledge in many areas. while today the young generation struggle with lack of either of them. for example, in our society we see older people have a lot of experience in the work places such as historical and medical places. furthermore, senior people are active often participate in volunteer work and remain engaged in social activities, which help build stronger communities such as teaching children stories from the past or about the country to develop a Interconnection.
on the other hand, there are multiple drawback of having older people in our society. i believe that the disadvantages are more notable. One of them is increasing the number of unemployed. many jobs require workers who are knowledgeable and have experience in these professions. for instance, the young generation hold with them multiple degrees but they lack of experience and that lead them to be umemployed for a long time.
