Nowadays, with the improvement of human society, there still remains a controversial topic about why in somewhere nowadays, they prefer to research the history of one’s own family. But in my view, I partly agree with this opinion.
First of all, when you work at the employer, the first thing you want for your employees is the history of their own family, you will want to know what their mother or their father did in the past. It is clearly to seen that, there are numerous specialized fields such as human resources, education, and politics. And if you want to take part in that organization, the employer has to check your family profiles. Not for the job but also about your morality. For example, if you work in a political organization or you work for the Government of a country, they really wanted to know where you came from because, when you work in the Government, it is very easy for you to reveal national secret for opinions country. So that they have to check your family profiles as carefully as possible. Moreover, thanks to the research of family profiles, it will be easy to evaluate your morality and your behavior.
On the other hand, research on family profiles is not necessary in recent society. Nowadays, with the improvement of human awareness. They will easily see that everyone has a past. Not also their own family. To be fair everyone can not choose where they are born. If you are lucky enough, you will be born in a family where your grandparents, and your parents contributed to society, they worked as teachers, in the military, lawyers, or doctors. And if you are not lucky enough, maybe your grandparents have to become a criminal to make money to back up your parents. Also, when the psychological was taken into consideration some people are not comfortable because their private information are researched.
In conclusion, this outstanding phenomenon mentioned above has outlined several opposite opinions surrounding this issue. From my perspective, I firmly believe that searching the own family profiles is not the best way to evaluate the human morality.
