Despite of the progressive made in agriculture, there are still a large number of people go hungry globally. In my opinion, poverty, that prevent people to access sufficient food could be the main factors of this issue. The best solution of this problem is to improving productivity and resilience with techniques like climate smart agriculture and better seeds, while empowering small-scale farmers by improving their access to resources, markets, and finance.
The primary challenges of the hunger people, although the agriculture progress in the population, is due to the economic downwards and its leading the cause of hunger as many people lack of food resources to buy even when it is available. Moreover, lack of employment, low wages, and contribute to food insecurity. Nowadays, people living in extreme poverty for around less than 2 dollars per day is the most vulnerable. In terms of agricultural process, it is mostly about the inequality of access. The world produces enough food to feed everyone, but systemic issues prevent it from reaching those in need.
The most affective solution in my point of view is to improve the productivity of techniques and seeds. For instances, using technology in agronomy field. However, the government should provide the farmer or community, who needs more assist in funding, to get an easier access to either job and market resources such as, subsidies and social assistance. This action allows people to afford more salary and get them more opportunities because it helps the poor people to increase their income. Furthermore, Provide customized attention to the technology, helps the elderly, who’s incapable of finance, to be more up-to-date and encouraged their knowledge to have a livable life.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that deficiency is the main reason of the hunger among population around the world, which limit their access to meal supply and cause the famine. Enhance the productivity techniques in agronomy is a great approach to this problem, while empowering small farmer to grow their incomes.
