A few generations ago, the rate of life expectancy was very low, which was around 50 to 55 years. However, in many parts of the world, there has been a sharp increase in average life expectancy. Many people believe that it is the positive development, while others reject notion. This essay will look at the reason for this and the purpose of some solutions.

One of the main causes of the problem is the increased burden on the government. The government needs to pay high pensions to old people as well as increase health care cost. The reason behind these is that after 50 years the majority of people suffer from some illness. so, the authority needs to increase in medical infrastructure cost. The solution is that the government starts collecting high taxes from every individual on country. Also, they start at some Healthcare seminars where they encourage old people to do more exercise and eat healthy food this way government can decrease medical cost.

Another problem is the increase in population, which is the reason for the scarcity of houses. nowadays , youngsters immigrate to urban areas and they do not find houses. to tackle these issues, the government begins to construct new houses for youngsters, who come for jobs. young people have a place for live and they work hard for earning, which is indirectly help to authority.

A third cause of the problem is that decline in the young labor force: The majority of companies prefer experienced workers over fresh graduates. As a result, youth struggle to find jobs, leading to feelings of depression, which is a main cause of negative development. Addressing these issues requires a balance in hiring practice. Also, the government gives permission to private companies to establish new companies in rural areas and offer jobs to young people.

To sum up, increasing in life expectancy has become the negative development in many countries, due to reason such as the increase in population, increase in medical and pension cost and decline in young labor force. My view is that main responsibility for solving problems lies with the government.
