In the age of technological development, many people go to department stores for entertainment a lieu of shopping. I strongly agree with that.

First of all, online shopping is becoming more popular. Nowadays, many people prefer to shop online because it is fast and convenient. They can easily buy products without going to the mall. As a result, people will visit malls for entertainment and socializing instead. For example, in my city, many people order clothes and electronics online but still go to the mall to enjoy a meal or watch a movie with friends.

Secondly, malls are changing to focus on entertainment. Many shopping centers now offer activities like movie theaters, arcades, and restaurants, which attract visitors who want to have fun rather than shop. In my local mall, more areas are dedicated to entertainment than actual stores. People visit to play games, eat, or watch performances, making the mall a place for experiences rather than just buying things.

In conclusion, I believe that in the future, people will visit malls mainly for entertainment. With the convenience of online shopping and the increasing focus on fun activities, malls will become more of a place to relax and enjoy rather than just shop.
