It is majorly believe that in a few years, they will be driverless transports. Thus, the only people travelling inside these vehicles will only be passengers. This innovation has certainly some advantages. However, in my opinion it is important to keep a critical regard on this progress because of its dangers.
To begin with, the introduction of driverless transports might be an innovating evolution in our society. It will facilitate the accessibility and the flow of circulation. We are living in an interconnected world in wich people have mostly an international job. Hence, driverless transport may help them along with their journey to a country to an another one. Moreover, driverless transport could also be seen as a solution to save time. Indeed, people will just have to use these transports without having to drive them. It means that if they have a two hours journey, they can optimize it by working or doing whatever they have to without carrying about the road.
Nevertheless, I tend to think that driverless vehicles represent a severe danger. Starting by the fact that introducing such vehicles will cut some jobs. It is hard to imagine how drivers can reorientate themselves with the developement of this kind of technologies. Additionally, It is a well-known fact that driverless vehicules might be substible to cause a lot of accidents. A few years before, Google wanted to introduce driverless transports but they failed because of the lack of vigilance of these vehicules.
