A university education is not essential. University is just showing your study is very well, but it can not show you can get the job well. A chef also can earn a high salary. Some chefs don’t have the high education, maybe they only have middle school education. But it no matter to let them earn high salaries. A rewarding job is just followed what you think. Although some job can not earn high moneys, it can be a rewarding job for yourself. A university education is not affect getting a job.
Moreover, many popular people don’t study at university. Such as Steven Paul Jobs, he did not finish the university education, but still becomes a very successful businessman. So in the modern world, university education can not affect to get the job.
But someone said a university education is very important. University education just like a ticket to provide a rewarding job chance. If you do not have study in university will show you do not have great ability. If you don’t have university degrees, why the employer gives you high salaries. Many high salaries job needs high education, so university is essential recruitment. Moreover, to get the rewarding job is very difficult. It most shows the ability to provide you can do it. So, it proves university education is essential in order to get rewarding job.
So, in the modern world, it just based on the ability. The education is not become the requirement.
