In earliy time period, most of familes have men based income system, while women are being housewife. Moreover, most working people were doing only one work. However, time has changed, and more people are doing more than one job today.This phenomenon has both pros and cons. In this essay, I will explore the advantages, disadvatages, and resons of having more than one job.
First of all, there are some causes for why individuals need to find more income sources. Today, person’s needs and wants have been increased than past where people had limited nessaries. As well as, some individuals are addicted to work due they are more comfortable in the work place than in home.
When looking at the advatages, one of major plus point of haviing more income source is individuals retirement life will be secure. They do not have any fear about their medical and living expenses after retirement. As well as, workforce of the country is growing rapidley, as a result, GDP and economic growth will be sustained.
One the other hand, one of major negative point of this issue is risk of helth of people. For instance, when people work more time of the day , they loose time to sleep and open to many medical issues. Another one is, This leads to problems in work life balance therefore family issues and stress could be higher.
In conclusion, Individuals have more jobs because people need more money to satisfy their needs, and need to spend more time in their office. From that, they are able to get ssecure elder life and country have enough employees. Howevery, more works leads, family problems,stress and medical issues. Therefore, everyone should give priority to their life than works while maintaining their needs.
