Traditionally,more and more people worked for small businesses,whereas nowadays people ,especially living in urban areas,choose big companies as a workplace.In my view,this change could have both positive and negative consequences in equal measure.
Seen in a positive light,great companies has a large employment capacity.This means that they can create higher employment opportunities for residents.The employees, who have built their careers and have permanent jobs,can not struggle to make their basic necessities.As a result,this leads to the better living standards of people.Another glaring advantage of large businesses in contrast to small ones is that it brings the revenue for the government.When these types of companies establish new relationships with foreign traders,the large sums of money can be generated.Concequently,it can be possible to build new haelthcare centers,schools,nursing homes with aid of this influx of money.Were it not for these types of businesses people and governing bodies would experience abject poverty.
Despite the benefits described above,this shift could be ultimately detrimental.When individuals possess the occupation in large trades,they may struggle to build interpersonal bonds and companionship with their peers because of their large number.They can not keep up with any encounters while working.As a consequence,it may be the result of lack of collaboration among colleagues.Apart from this,big companies are believed as one of the main environmentally unfriendly resources.While producing a wide range of goods,they tend to release chemicals into the atmosphere.Thereby,it can lead to the degradation of environment and natural habitats in it.
In conclusion,even though large businesses can bring several benefits-including- life improvement and revetalize the economy,their far-reaching adverse consequences can not be ignored.
