This aspect has both, advantage and disadvantge, such as increasing in the revenue for investments, and developing healthcare issues, respectively.
Multinational companies always face recession at some point, resulting in a decrease in the production, which leads to drastically reduce in their employees’s salary. For instance, the global economic crisis of 2008, had affected institutions like Apple, Addidas, and automobile industries, resulting in a immensely decline in their manfacturing output. This has led companies to pay below-normal salaries to their workers. As a result, people started working in the other organisations to meet their daily living costs.
Working in the two enterprises at the same time has both, benefits and drawbacks. For example, in terms of advantage, people will have more revenue for investments for profitable commodities, and as a result, profit gained by selling them can be utlised for lesuire activites, such as traveling, and shopping. From the perspective of disadvantage, working in more than one job profoundly affects the health of employees.
