Deciding between starting a business or working in a job for someone, is crucial decision for people. As business provides more flexibility to work and generate more jobs, whether job provides less financial risk and stability. This essay will discuss both perspectives before sharing my opinion.
To begin, people who have more risk taking capability and like independency, generally choose to start their own business. For instance, company CEO such as Tesla owner started his business from very small scale, and took lots of risk during establishing his venture. These all efforts made him one of richest men in the world. Therefore, establishing a business can lead to high growth in future, however people shouldn’t ignore the challenges such as financial loss, hard working during initial phase and uncertainty in work.
On contrast, joining job under employers provides a stability and work-life balance. Person with less experience mostly fresher, start their career as an employee, which provide them opportunity to gain experience in work field, a linear salary, and growth. For example, company such as Microsoft, google give their workers various opportunities like position promotions, salary hike, and insurance benefits. Still a jobber has to face an insecurity of loosing job, a fixed amount of salary and stable growth in future.
To conclude, both running a business or joining an occupation has advantages and disadvantages. People who like to be in demand and entrepreneurship, should select business, and who want a stability and structured growth can go for career. Both fields have been proven to fulfil the life expectation and satisfaction.
