Band 5: It has been claimed that workers over 50 are not responsive to rapidly changing ideas in the modern workplace and that for this reason younger workers are to be preferred. To what extent do you agree or disagree? (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 2 Essay)

These days, For developing technology in every places more old employee can not adapt their mind with changes that occour in modern life.But we witness more young generation who can adaptation with every situation conveniently and accept every changes that will occure in the future immediately. I am agree withpeople that think young generation can accept the change in modern technology situation very well and in this essay I would like bring my reasons for my view.

On the one hand, those people that believe young generation can accept the way that have a special method for themselves very easily and they immediately can adapt themselves with every changes in their workolaces and in their life, for example, when I was working in big company the young generation for have good energy and gain more attention from their boss they did what they said their boss to them and they found a special method with artificial technology to solve their problem in their company. Thus, youngesters can find immediately solution for their issues with accepting everything that are good benefit for their company.

The other reason that I can point out is, young emplooye have a good inteligent and well being mind to do their responsibility without any fund at their boos.they satisfied with their job and work harder than old generation in the work place.the old people that have good salary in tgeir work place . And they used to do their work with old method that they do their work with it for example, you can see more people in every company that can solve their problem with special method that they can find during their work and thay can not adapt themselves with new technology that came every days to our life. Hence, for higher intelligence in young generation who can modify they work easily with new technology that introduce everyday in our life.

In conclusion, having good memory and adaptation with new technology between young generatiin are so higher than old generation moreover, we can touch more thing that related to our jobs everyday in modern society.
