On the other hand, there are obvious downsides of globalisation. Firstly, it would mean that the companies move to countries where labour is cheap. This move can lead to an unemployed in developed countries where the labour is more expansive. In the countries with the cheap labour the workplaces is often with poor working conditions, low salary and limited access to healthcare. Secondly, it will mean that the cultures will disappear. The cultures is one of the joys this world has to offer. Each culture is unique and globalisation can lead us to lose this cultures.
