Some people argue that being jobless is better than being employed but they are not happy. Personally, I totally disagree this statement because of major reasons which I will explain in more detail in this essay.
First of all, it is clear that people who are working with unenjoyable feelings want to quit their job due to lack of working inspiration. However, if they quit their occupation, it affects not only their work productivity but also have consequences for their mental health. For example, every person must pay their bills, say water loan, car loan and even home loan. Moreover, many employees have their family and without any doubt, it also impacts their family relationship, as they have to pay children’s education and earn a livelihood. That’s why, they should be careful when want to become unemployed.
On the other hand, in my opinion, they should think logically because as I mentioned above, they have major bills that they have to pay. It is well-known fact that there are many liabilities in this world for people and doing nothing for live kills their desires. In addition, it makes the life tougher for them so they just should find the ways which are enjoyable and fruitful for their work instead of complaining. There is a large number of people who are jobless and the world is changing drastically. It means, losing job may be easy but then finding better job can be challenging for people. Thus, they have to create more enjoyable atmosphere in the work which can boost their work efficiency.
In conclusion, although some people think that unemployed people have more better time than that people who are working for any industry, i believe and recommend that, if they create entertaining and rewarding methods in the work, it would be more effective and beneficial for their lives.
