As we all are living in an technological era where there is quite hustle and bustle in everybody’s life and some times we are unable to make time for our self care aswell. These days, it is an ongoing depbate between people about the possibility to hire someone on part time basis who could take reponsibility to look after their things such as baby sitting their kids or managing their in house reponsibilities. I completely agree with the statement and this essay will further discuss my point of view regarding the argument with a logical conclusion.
To commence with, there are lot of people who are seeking job oppurtunities (part -time) to make money for their studies and living while there are some people who have hectic routine and they hardly find time to rejuvinate or sometimes they have handsome amount in their pockets and they do not want to work for themselves so they hire part time employee to look up for their chores. For instance, a survery conducted by asian university according to which more than 75% of the educated youth is un-employeed and is seeking better opportunities to nake up their living. Hence, recruiting people to offer them work is a positive trait to foster healthy environment.
On the other side, extreme indulgement in such activity leads to detrimental outcomes as well. Firslty, people become lazy couch and become totally dependent on other for their work Secondly, they can invest that money for charity purpose rather than spending on others to fulfill their tasks. For example, recent research has shown that 70% of the people have dependability on others for their work instead of being physically fit. Thus, it leads to negative impacts. Apparently, i am striking a balance between the argument as both points have concrete highs and lows.
In conclusion, Recruiting others for managing your home roles can play a significant part if the intensions are to provide work oppurtunities however, sometimes it can lead to lazziness and wastage of money.
