Band 5+: It is sometimes said that people should be free to buy food that is bad for their health. Others think there should be laws against the sale of such food. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

In this contemporary era, the sale of fast food is escalating day by day. While Some individuals argue that people should buy junk food that is unhealthy for them, other believe that there should be restrictions on the sale of unhealthy food. I will articulate both the perspectives and will give my own opinion in forthcoming paragraphs.

To commence with, the predominant reason behind this is that individuals have been eating junk food from a long time. If they do not take fast food then there would br no enjoyment in their life. For instance, according to a study at Harward University, children who eat unhealthy food are more happy as compared to those who follow a strict healthy diet. Thus, people shoud eat junk food to stay jubilant.

Although, there are positive benefits of unhealthy food, negative effects should not be neglected. People eat unhealthy food and they suffer a plethora of diseases like obesity and cardiovascular which leads to indigestion of food. Moreover, children those who eat unhealthy food face cognitive diseases which results in brain malfunction. That is why, rules and regulations should be imposed in order to control the negative impacts of fast food. Therefore, laws shoudl be made to get rid of such problems.

In my opinion, rules and regulations should be made to prevent such problems. These foods should be prevented in order to protect people and fast food selling companies should be closed.

To conclude, the sale of fast food is increasing. There are benefits of unhealthy food but thr negative consequences should not be ignored.

It is argued that governments are responsible for free higher education for some underprivileged individuals.
