It as clear that , eating too much sugar has negative effects on health. Some people , things that govermants must decide that problem , and control the amount of suger people consume. On the other hand , people belive that every person should to control their sugar consume with themselves. This essay will discuss both views before presenting my own opinion.

Firstly , consumption too much sugar , realy important problem , also he can influence for economy. Becouse there will be more and more people filled with obesity , as a result, there will be fewer people able to work. Therefore , for govermant should be interesting this problem. For example they can limit the amount of sugar in the food products. Moreover a lot of manufacturers add sugar for products that don’t need them. For this reason people consume the suger even if they don’t know about that.

On the other side , for every person important their health and they must keep an eye on him with themselves. People should limit sugar in their diet. For example they can drink the beverage without sugar , off course better drink just water or juice made from only fruits , however for many people this realy difficult. Also if you want to eat chocolate, you can eat proteine bar. Although , reducing sugar intake is important , avoiding it entirely is neither realistic nor necessary.

In conclusion , I agree with both opinions. However , I belive that every person takes responsibility for their health. They must control their wish, with themselves.
