It is true that higher positions are normally held in older members, while a number of people believe young people would show better leadership skills. In my opinion, I totally both disagree and agree with this idea.
On the one hand, it is difficult for newbie to compete with the aged in terms of experience. Firstly, older people generally have a lot of practical knowledge gained over years of experienced. This extensive experience often provides them valuable problem-solving skills, making it easier for overcome difficulties they face. Moreover, older workers are often highly skilled at managing customer interaction due to their huge experience and communication skills, which enable them for effectively solving- problem and meet customer needs. As a result, this make customers for feel satisfaction and overall improvements in service quality.
On the other hand, I believe it is better if younger are considered critical positions. Firstly, young people are usually creative. This is because youthful live in the digital society, so they effectively make use of technology to boost the sales of company product by utilizing social media platforms. Moreover, younger workers have a better understanding of challenges and values of younger employees, which creates a motivated work environment. This can enhance job satisfaction and engagement, leading to professional development opportunities.
In conclusion, while older leaders bring valuable experience, I believe that younger leaders also have the potential too.
