Jobs that are done by people replace human force with robots. It has several advantages and disadvantages. One of the advantages is that robots are more productive than people,so they decrease production time. Disadvantage of this trend is that it leads to job loses of people.
Robots do not get tired, because they do not have any physical limits, they just programmed doing exact task. On the other hand people have some working limits, when a human works for hours he loses his level of productivity after daily working hour limit. But robots can work for hours even for days with the same productivity. This leads to more profit for companies and factories. So they prefer robots to humans in their workplace. Additionally, one robot can do the work which three or four human worker can do it. So companies should not pay many workers, it means that by replacing human force with robots companies also get financial profit from less worker wages. For example, after 2018 most of the companies started to prefer robots and after that time many factories made a financial profit jump.
However, it has advantages it also has disadvantages. Because this work replacement leads to fires and job loses. Most of the companies know that robots are more efficient and productive , so they started to fire their human workers. People who lose their job ,start to suffer from financial problems. In the long-term this issue brings poverty problem with its own. Company owners gains from this trend but most of the society who are workers they lose. Otherwise there are some aspects that shows people can do task better than robots. During the work process if there occur any unexpected problem robots can not react this because they are not programmed for such suddenly happened problems. These types of problems can lead to lose of money for companies. For example, California USA is the one of the state with wide range usage of robots in production process, on the other hand most of the job fires also happened in this state.
In conclusion, preferring robots to humans in production has advantage such as long work hours , more profit , more production. But it also has disadvantage for society, so it leads to job fires
