Automatisation is taking many works and individuals have become more unemployed rather than in the past. The benefits are machines more effectively than people. However, the downside are citizens become unemployed, due to the technologies, and rely more on machines rather than do it by themselves. In my opinion, the first statement is right because the robots are more intelligent and stable than humans.
The upside is machines more effectively rather than people. In so many spheres robots are more stable than people, and they are more intelligent. Robots costs expensive, but if a company buy it, it will works several times, and it can work without any breaks that usually individuals do at the work. For example, many female workers are being asked to leave in order to look after her children, also the male workers takes a lot of breaks for smoking, but the machines do not to go out and take a rest. In my point of view, this statement is more effectively rather than humantiy sense.
On the other hand, many people will loss their jobs. Robots is taking many jobs and people are afried about that. Moreover, some people will depend on the technologies rather than do it by themselves. If robots take many works people will forget how to do basic things such as cooking and forget many computer works, because of technologies. For instance, some individuals today rely on chatgpt and after several times people will depends on the machines.
To sum up, machines are taking many jobs. The many advantage is robots are more effectively than people. However, the disadvantages are many people will loss their jobs, and a lot of people will depends on the technologies rather than doing it by themselves.
