The last few decades have witnessed a remarkable rise in competition for outdoor sports, due to technological advancement and instant global reach. It is believed by a certain group of people that good players are blessed with natural powers, while others disagree with this notion and are convinced that hardwork is the key for their success. I firmly agree with the former notion because hardwork not always pays off.
To commence with the first opinion, proponents of talent as the key of success argue that the best performers are the best due to their natural power. In other words, talented people always have some extra power, which makes them unique from others. For instance, a great football player Mr. Ronaldo is well-known worldwide for his performance. Because of his god-gifted power and quick decision-making skill, he always grabs attention from the audience, demonstrating that being good at any sports depends on talent.
On the other hand, some individuals opine that hardwork can make a man perfect, thus they suggest to practise more and more with a positive mindset. However, it hardly works for a limited number of individuals, as in this contemporary world talent with hardwork is crucial to gain success in any games. To epitomize, Mr. Rohit Sharma, used to spend approximately twelve hours everyday for cricket practising, failed to become the captain of the Indian cricket team several times. Hence, only hardwork cannot give us success.
To encapsulate, although hard work is essential to achieve victory in any games, I believe that it should be combined with god-gifted powers to become good any sports.
