Sports has been viewed as a way to stay fit and healthy,but there are several noticeable benefits from sports. Participating in sports contributes to overall student development and teaches valuable life lesson . Therefore, I firmly agree that sports should be compulsory for all the students in school curriculum. In this essay, I will elucidate the reason behind this perspective.

To commence with the viewpoint of agreement ,Firstly sports provide a platform for the development of essential life skills such as communication skills, teamwork, concentration,self-confidence , discipline as well as tackling challenges. Consider a scenario , students participate in school soccer team where they learn to collaborate with team members, communicate strategies and resolve conflicts skills that are transferable to various aspects of life . These skills help them to achieve success both in acedemic and professional arenas.

Furthermore, sports contribute significantly to the overall health and fitness of young individuals . Moreover sport is about hardworking and self- discipline while you need to regularly training to achieve good results. In addition regular practice sessions help in maintaining a health body weight, preventing chronic disease and improve cardiovascular health. This physical well being can have a lasting impact on their future health and also helping them perform better acedemically .

In conclusion , making sports mandatory in school is a commendable approach to promoting the health and holistic development of children and teenage. It ensures that the youth not only stay physical active but also acquire valuable life skills.
