There is a general tendency of parents wanting their child to succeed. When their kid wants freedom, has ambitious plans the first thing a parent suggest is getting a part-time job. The youngest, therefore, are encouraged by both beloved ones and their relatives. Teens seek for productive time spending and their leisure time is a boost for the first work experience. Personally, I am absolutely convinced that taking the job opportunity benefits in character development, and helps a growing mature to understand how much do they want for their future life. This essay considers both sides of whether such a behavior leads to advantages or disadvantages.
To start with, a hard-working kid does not have much free time due to the classes, courses and a bunch of homework. As for a student, the only way he can switch through studies and job is summer. This season is a life-saver when it comes to such a responsibility to be taken. On the one hand, the young understand the perspective of his career choice , because contemporary world cares about giving many chances to try what a teen is interested in. In such a way a work satisfaction can be aimed because vacation work is not a forever thing and can be changed as easy as found. To add up, there are families who can not afford every wish of their loved creature so saving first money results in pleasure and proud. On the other hand, summer is given for pupils to have a rest , to live their best life and forget about adult problems. If a parent encourages their child in such a serious decision as working when the kid does not want it, then the job is not going to be beneficial.
To follow up, there are some students who want to earn money the whole year long combining it with their studies . I tend to think that this is not healthy not only for education, but for the mental stability first. Parents should provide a happy childhood to those whom they grow, and no child should have such an urgent need to start an adult life so early.
To take everything into consideration, the cases of children wanting to experience the first job differ a lot. However I believe that following the knowledge of your own limits is rational. If it is a truly leisure time then it is going to gift the young responsibility, career plans and as a bonus some money in their pocket.
