This is because there are many companies work with global shareholders and if some of them fall behind their work plans, this may cause financial burdens to them or even become bankrupt. One example is global delivery service Alibaba and they trade many reltail item around the world. However, if delivery service of it late from time, as a result this may be problem to many companies.

On the other hand, reducing work days of employees may be more helpfull, improving workers productivity. This is because if time of holiday is become length, workers may go to small trip to the countryside without urban noise and traffics. In addition breaf holidays can help people relax and enjoy the panoromic landscape. For instance, going to short trip can help employes switch of their mind from work and this may cause to working longer hourse without take any breaks. As a result, they spend more time with their femily member, improving workers work and life balance.
