It is often argued that employers should have at least four weeks of holiday every year to improve their perfomance.I completely agree with this statement because rest is vital for physical as well as mental health and helps employees to stay local to their job.
The main reason why I agree is that long breaks prevent burnout. Many jobs today are very stressful,and if peovple work for months without a proper rest, they become tired and make more mistakes. When an employee takes a few weeks off, they can relax and clear their mind. As a result, they return to work with more energy and can complete their tasks much faster and more acurately.Furthermore, giving more holidays makes employes feel valued. When a company cares about the well being of it staff,the workers are more likely to stay with that employer for a long timeBy providing four weeks of leave,employers can keep their experience workers happy and motivated.
On the other hand some small business owners might worry that having staff for four weeks will cause problems with tasks. However,this can be solved by plan the holiday schedule carefully.If the work is shared to other team members or even if collegues can be helpful and enable this person the business can continue to run smoothly while someone is away from work.
All in all,I strongly believe that four weeks of annual leave is beneficial for both the staff and the employer.It lead to a healthier life and more successful business in the long term.
