Today, some companies and factors choose to work with freelance or contract workers who get job from online services instead of choose full-time workers. In my opinion, the negative impacts of this trend more than positive.
There is a view that the temporary workers can replace full-time employees and it will be beneficial to the company. However, there are some disadvantages that companies, workers, and even society will face. Firstly, if full-time workers quit they may become unemployed, and it brings some problems to the government, for example, rising an amount of jobless people and it will cause to impoverishment. Second, it is clear that the freelance is person who change his job continuously, so they work to themselves. Third, permanent workers cannot get a money in vocation period, additionally, their salaries are always changeable. Therefore, it can damage to the companies where they work, because if employees will work only for themselves and choose schedule by their own, there will be chaos even in society.
On the other hand, staff members can be available to choosing their time to work, and it allows to people manage their time, do not be so stressful by working long, and they can spend more time with their family and friends. Moreover, it allows them be free from work and develop other skills or life without stress and pressure.
In conclusion, changing permanent staff with independent workers has more drawbacks to the companies, but has benefits for workers by giving them freedom and an ability to try variety of works.
