It is widely seen in many countries that there a huge payment in space exploration plans. Besides massive issues like povety and climate changes, whether this is a positve trend toward social benefits or just no need actions because of significant disadvantage.

Rebuild the one area also make it became easier to manage from the local gorvernment, leading to policies that improve the quality of life in that region as well as the entire economy. These consequenses are mutual, helping each other grows, making the autonomy and sustainable relationship in that country.
