In a number of parts in the world, the prices of all our basic needs become extremely high, such as food and oil. There are several factors that cause this type of inflation, including the low wages and loans. This essay will explain why this phenomenon occurred and give relevant examples.

To begin, the increase in supply chains stages and the depletion of raw materials are the two main reasons for a high bare of necessities. For start, the production costs are bound to be higher when there are more steps involved in the manufacturing, distribution and sales of goods. This is due to the fact there are considerable coasts that need to be taken into account. For instance, the price of consumer items including equipment and labor costs as well. Furthermore, people suffering from low income and shortage of good opportunities to be financial stable and cover their needs. For example, various of items have been abandoned owing to the fact that most of the prices are really insane. Consequently, people cannot afford various of them.

Poor countries try to borrow loans in those days to provide all products and necessities, instead of encouraging youth to do projects or to build new factories and companies to overcome the jobless problem and increase the opportunities for young people.

For instance, number of countries always import their needs from outside rather than relying on their own items, Thus they consume money to get various of essential things, such as beans and food oil.

In conclusion, I do believe we are facing the same problem, on the contrary all governments should be able to find solutions to solve the prices problem and aid all people to get all necessities.
