To begin with, most lawbreakers after committing a crime and serving their punishment period will have a criminal record even white collar felony which may bring them a bad background for instance shoplifters, pickpockets, or traffic offenders, need another chance to correct their past If not, society won’t trust them to offer them a job due to their detrimental reputation. Secondly, the majority of individuals are born with crimes, they have no clue how to survive without committing one because they have no knowledge or useful skills to rely on, so the only solution for them is to do a misdeed.
On the other hand, there are numerous ways to solve this current error. First of all, the government should reintegrate back them into society by clearing their light crime history due to their work services in prison there for they can be an employee somewhere to have honorable careers. Also while wrongdoers are behind bars, prison officials must equip the place the way they are educated and learn new proficiencies there for after extrication they know how to earn a living with talent such as carpentry, mechanical, or driving. In this way, it can prevent serial criminals because no one would commit an offense if they had other choices to earn money.
In conclusion, although offenders will be isolated from society due to their history also in light of the fact that lack of literacy and craft tend them to do misdeeds again the government could help against re-offending by destroying files of light crime and providing education or vocational opportunities for criminals.
