Band 5+: Many doctors say that people in the modern world do not exercise enough. What are the courses for this? What are the solutions to this problem?

Nowadays a number of doctors believe that people do not work out enough. This essay suggest that the lack of the free time is the root cause of this phenomenon and submit that prioritize a culture of a health body is the most viable solution, followed by a reasoned conclusion.

The principal cause of not having extra hours in a day for self-care routine such as fitness training and warmup is spending a lot of time at work. That is to say, in today’s modern world individuals consider themselves as “work-bees” and the main goal for them is making money and run businesses. Followed by, it is hard for them to focus on their body and mental health. For instance, looking at the workaholics today, it is obvious that most of them do not look fit and wholesome.

The most practical solution to this problem is to prioritize health body culture by watching and reading about the importance of self-care. This means that human being is not a machine and the consequences of the lack of exercises in our routine life can be deplorable. Followed by, spending free time on sport activities such as working out and yoga is a key for a successful living.

In summary, not doing enough exercises in our modern world has been caused by busy lifestyle. Nonetheless, this can be tackled through prioritize a self-care routine over spending off-work hours on business. It is also recommended to meet new people who may help you to understand the relevance of health body culture.
