Nowadays we have a lot of museums all over the world. A big part from them already have interactive component in excursion, that make visiting museums more intresting for children and adults. But if we look at statistic, we will see that a most part of museum’s visitors are tourist and only a few per cent of all people mass are local people.
The first thing in my mind, when I am thinking about it that the most part of local people have already seen all museum stuff in their childhood. A lot of people do not like watch the same things once more time and becouse of this they prefer to visit other museums,not which located in their city or region.
In my home town we have three historical museums. they always have made different masterclasses or museums night to attrect local people. I think it is a great idea to do all of this, but also I think that it will be better if museums add some kind of discounts only for local people or invite fameous person who will sometimes perfome to town citizens.
To sum up I want to say, that museums can add some intresting events or discounts for local people at evening time, when most of them are already free from work or other deeds to attrect them for visititing excursion.
