In recent times, many individuals have moved to other countries for work and their familes go with them. This essay argues that although the main drawbacks of this are that workers and their familes might face challenges adapting in a new region, I believe that the benefities outweigh drawbacks because this give them a chance to live in a high quality.
The main disadvantages of working in other nations and workers who take their famile with them may face obstacles. They migh confront difficulty in communication, do not know the other country’s rules, and diffrent cultuers. For example, statistics found that some expatriates have punished in jail of pay fee because they misunderstood regulations and cultues for country of residence. However, I would argue that they can overcome this problem, adapting to country of residence in a short period of time.
The biggest advantages are that parents can provide a good qualit of life, safe, and many opportunities for their famiy. In other words, people living in developing countries suffer, because they have lack in jobs, diffeculty in living dut to spread diseases. For example, in 2022, after the outbreak of the epidemic, the people of Ghana and their families went to work in the Gulf, where they were provided with good educational opportunities and healthcare. I think that most important consideration provides the qulity life the protection their family.
In concluion, although it is issue that workers and their families migh face abstacles about country of residence such as defficulty in comminication, and knowledge of the regulations, I believe that paretes will provide the great chance to their family, if they take them to the country where they work.
