It is a fact that teachers have the main role in the classroom, only they can change the atmosphere of the classroom and their personality has a great effect on the performance of students.
First of all, a good teacher should be dynamic and literate because these two qualities are very important to attract students’ attention. For example, if a teacher has a boring class, some students may struggle to learn or lose interest in that lesson.
Secondly, the teacher should encourage the student in any problem so that the student gains self-confidence and learns better, but unfortunately, most teachers do not have this feature, and this causes problems in the students’ learning.
Thirdly, the teacher must have a lot of information about what he is teaching, in my opinion, this is an important point in teaching, because if the teacher does not know about his lesson, he cannot convey the meaning of the lesson to the students, and it makes the students unable to learn nothing.
Summing up, if a teacher has these characteristics, it is likely that all students will succeed, and it will affect their learning.
