By narrowing the financial disparity , workers would earn similar amount of money , which provides equally accessibility to daily payments and everyday desires . For instance , a basketball lover , who receives adequate salary , would be satisfied and experiences a sense of comfort when being able to pay for his habit , preventing himself from being jealous of others . A community without hating and envy will be fostered due to this situation .

When people are similarly given a remuneration package , the work ambition and productivity will be decreased , resulting in a boring society where citizens are pleased with staying unchanged .
