‏There is no denying the fact that in the modern era , smartphones have become an integral part of our daily lives, radically transforming the way we communicate. Learn and perform our daily tasks . This eassay will discuss the younger demographic and are obsessed with technology thier smartphone

‏To begin , there are many negative effects caused by smartphones addiction for younger generation

‏Firstly, effects on physical health. In other words, using a smartphone for a long time causes issues in the eyes , neck and back. In addition lack of sleep for example, using a smartphone before sleep can cause restlessness due to blue light emitted from the screen browsing social media or playing games nightly affects the quality of sleep

‏In terms of I will discuss with the solutions, determine a specific time for using a phone. It is also possible to say that limit the use of social media or playing games to only two hours daily. Moreover trun off the notifications to avoid distractions. For instance, participate in a gym or learn a new hobby.

‏In conclusion, there are many excessive smartphone use cases physical, mental and social problems. It is also true that smartphone provide numerous benefits, such as enhancing communication and offering convenient tooles for learning and entertainment but the balance is essential due to smartphone is a blessing in disguise
