In recent years, artificial intelligence has developed rapidly and is now replacing many human workers in different industries. This trend has created several serious problems. This essay will discuss the main issues caused by this situation and suggest possible solutions.

One major problem is unemployment. As machines and computer systems take over jobs, many people lose their source of income. This is especially common in factories, customer service, and even transportation. For example, self-checkout machines in supermarkets reduce the need for cashiers. As a result, workers may struggle to find new jobs, particularly if they lack modern skills. Another issue is income inequality, because highly skilled workers benefit from technology, while low-skilled workers may face financial difficulties.To solve these problems, governments and companies should invest in education and training programs. Workers need opportunities to learn new skills, especially in technology and digital fields. Retraining programs can help people adapt to the changing job market. In addition, governments could provide financial support for those who temporarily lose their jobs. Companies should also create new positions that combine human skills with artificial intelligence, rather than completely replacing employees.
