Nowadays, there remains a persistent topic about balancing jobs and other parts of people’s lives. There is a variety of main reasons for this phenomenon and effective measures have already been suggested to deal with the outstanding matter.
On the one hand, there are multiple reasons that lead to this matter. To begin with, everyone tends to pursue after working to keep pace with the fastened growth of the society. Undoubtedly, society requires high-quality employees, making various citizens dedicate themselves to work, and spend longer periods in workplaces to meet the expectations of the community. Furthermore, as the development of the community takes place, the demands for money become more significant. For example, in Sudan, a country with a lower average income, individuals must work extensively to fulfill the basic needs of living such as food, water, and clothes. Finally, technology plays a key role in distracting people from their relationships. Clearly, with modern computers and phones, they are given access to their careers anywhere, blurring the boundaries between working and personal lives.
However, many sufficient measures have been proposed by the government and individuals to deal with his matter. Firstly, the authorities must take part in handling this problem. Obviously, some laws should be enacted to shorten people’s working times, preventing them from overworking and completely submitting to work. Besides, as a large number of citizens are struggling to maintain their professions, more job opportunities should be offered, encouraging them to not concentrate on career competitions and reducing stress for workers. Moreover, each person should play a part in solving this problem, too. People have to have better job management to not let work involve in personal relationships and life, as they can spend more time with family during holidays.
In conclusion, this outstanding phenomenon mentioned above has sparked several causes and solutions for this issue. As far as I am concerned, I believe that the community should consider this problem and create suitable measures for it.
